Chimney Farm Barns offer luxury self catering accommodation in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. These three stunning barns are available independently, but together they offer superb accommodation for groups of 32-40 people.

Internally, the accommodation is open plan and presented in a contemporary style with some amazing and original features. Plasma TVs and free wireless internet access are installed throughout. Externally, the properties enjoy several acres of their own fabulous private space and tranquil countryside. The hamlet of Chimney is a magical place, an excellent holiday base to explore the Oxfordshire Cotswolds.

The barns can also be used as a venue for business meetings and company meetings, conveniently located near Oxford and easily reached from London and elsewhere in the UK being just a few miles from the M40, the A34 and Oxford City Airport.
 
Owl Barn. Sleeps 10 - 12.
With its classic Cotswold stone exterior, the barn has wonderful views, oodles of entertaining space outside, including a terrace with built-in barbecue overlooking the nature reserve.

It has been lovingly restored with its original features exposed. The magnificent fireplace and open plan living area, the vaulted oak beams, stone flooring and a large plasma TV all make this barn a wonderful choice for families and group celebrations alike.

Owl Barn can be booked with Rose or Snipe Barn for a maximum party of 28.  All three barns can be booked to accommodate between 32-40 people.

Snipe Barn. Sleeps 12-14.
The old Cotswold stone wall enclosure and oak gates to the front of the property makes it a haven of tranquillity. The covered barbecue and landscaped courtyard garden make it a wonderful entertaining space. The glass front to the property allows light to stream into the living space.

Like Owl Barn, the living and dining area, is all open plan. Snipe Barn has a fireplace with wood burning stove, plasma TV, state of the art kitchen, and very spacious bedroom accommodation. 

Snipe Barn can be booked with Owl or Rose Barns for a maximum party of 28. All three barns can be booked to accommodate between 32-40 people.

Rose Barn. Sleeps 8 -10.
The enclosed courtyard to the front of the property makes it particularly safe for small children whilst the surrounding countryside makes this an ideal walking destination.

The glass front allows light to stream into the living space. This is a very spacious property, ideal for a family or a group get together.

Rose Barn can be booked with Owl or Snipe Barns for between 18 and 26 people.  All three barns can be booked to accommodate between 32-40 people.

Availability at Chimney Farm Barns

Please use the availability Calendar to check when Chimney Farm Barns is free for booking as a whole complex.  However, although there will not be full capacity availability during the dates marked, there may be options for smaller groups to take one or two of the barns. Please enquire directly via phone or email for up to date availability for single properties.

The Availability Calendar is updated weekly. Where a booking begins or ends, it is shown as unavailable. However there is a change over period so while it may appear the property is booked out, it may be possible to begin your stay the afternoon before an available date or end your stay the morning of a seemingly booked up date. All availability will be confirmed upon enquiry.
