Accommodation details
A total of three, ETC 4 star graded, one-bedroomed cottages each sleeping 2 people. Sorry no pets or smoking. Located in rural countryside in the grounds of the owners 135 acres working farm, this is truly an outstanding location in which to relax and enjoy some spectacular views in barn conversions which have been sympathetically and very individually restored.
The farm and buildings, Grade ll listed, date back to the 14th century, once a medieval monastic sheep farm belonging to Garendon Abbey in secluded surroundings.

All our cottages have been renovated to the highest standards and include many individual features and offer very comfortable, spacious accommodation and feature log burning stoves, private patios, en suite bedrooms, stone flagged floors, slate floors amongst other things.
Situated on the edge of Biggin Dale, which leads into Wolfscote Dale and Dovedale beyond this is an ideal base for both walking and cycling (from the doorstep) in this very picturesque area of the Peak National Park. Centrally located the Tissington and Manifold Trails are both nearby, along with the country houses of Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Kedleston Hall, Sudbury and Tissington Hall. The cottages are accessed from a long sweeping drive.
