GENUINE GUESTBOOK COMMENTS
What a great find! This place is beautiful, and in a beautiful setting. The owners are rightly proud of it and made us extremely welcome, with nice touches like an Easter card and cake. Great centre for exploring and walking in the surrounding countryside.
Edwards & Broch family, Cambridge, April
Attention to detail to make a barn full of character and charm, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in! We had a lovely time enjoying the views and much needed sunshine. Thank you very much and hope to bring the rest of the family to share the enjoyment soon.

A wonderful comfortable warm well equipped cottage. The barn conversion is a c credit to the owners - the craftmanship, materials used and retension of so many of the original features gives the Old Shire Stables a very special feeling. We have enjoyed walks on The Roaches, around Rudyard Lake and around Tittesworth Reservoir and recommend these. We will return
